Shipping policy

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 0–1 business days (excluding major holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive an additional notification when your order has shipped.

Calculated Shipping Rates:
For orders where shipping rates are calculated, the shipping charges will be computed and displayed at checkout.

Flat-Rate Shipping:
We offer free flat-rate shipping to India, Dubai, and the USA.

Local Delivery in Jaipur:

Free same-day local delivery is available for orders over INR 599 within Jaipur.

For orders under INR 599, a delivery fee of INR 40 will be charged for same-day local delivery.

Delivery Timeframe:
Deliveries are made from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM, 7 days a week. On the day of delivery, we will contact you via text message using the phone number provided at checkout to notify you of our arrival.

Order Status & Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available online. The Order will be delivered to you within 3-4 working days.

Order Inquiries:
If you have not received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@soulabiti.in with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue for you.

Import Duties and Customs Fees

Customer Responsibility:
When your order enters the United States, it may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or other fees imposed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (or the local customs authority at the destination).

No Liability on Our Part:
These fees are determined by the destination country’s regulations and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend that you check with your local customs office or delivery service to understand what charges you may incur.

Shipping Documentation:
Our commercial invoices and shipment documentation will be prepared in compliance with Indian export regulations and U.S. import requirements to facilitate a smooth customs clearance process.

Expedited Shipping:
